Our family spent the weekend at Maker’s Lodge and it was a great experience! The cabin has a nice layout. Each exterior door had an alarm feature, which was important for the safety of the little kids with the pool located directly out the back door. The kitchen was well stocked with the cooking essentials and we even made use of the outdoor oven to make some delicious pizzas.
Overall, a great cabin to stay at with great service by the staff!.
booker’s Cabin at Bourbon Ridge Retreat exceeded every expectation and then some! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how spotless, new, and comfortable everything was. It truly felt like a luxury escape tucked away in nature. The seclusion and peace were unmatched—this is hands down the most restful and serene place we’ve ever stayed.
Not a sound except the wind through the trees and the occasional bird song. Total tranquility. We absolutely loved the private pool and hot tub—pure heaven.
The outdoor fireplace, dining area, and grill created the perfect setting for long, cozy evenings under the stars. Inside, the gourmet kitchen was fully stocked and beautiful, a dream for anyone who enjoys cooking. The shower room was spa-like and luxurious—such a treat! Every detail was thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation.

Our stay at Blanton’s Cabin was a truly wonderful experience. Neither of us had been to Hocking Hills before, but we are sure to return. The decor, layout, and location— beautiful and simply superb.
The cabin is high end and well appointed. It was ultra private and we saw no one from the other cabins the entire weekend. Waking up to the gorgeous outdoors and seeing the wildlife was just priceless.
After a day of exploring the area and trails, ending the evening by sitting on the porch in the evening with the fire, a drink, and the hot tub—amazing!.
Makers Lodge was fabulous. We really enjoyed our weekend retreat. It was spacious and had wonderful amenities.

Each morning we sat on the front porch and listened to the birds sing. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to get away from the fast and furious. It offers a restful place with plenty of peace and quiet.
This was a perfect cabin for our family to host a small wedding (held at Ash Cave). There's plenty of space to gather together in the living room. The younger crowd loved playing video games of the huge screen in the theater downstairs.
Pool table was a hit too. The huge dining room table allowed for great meals together and a general place to have conversations. We enjoyed making pizzas in the pizza oven one night.
The hot tub is a huge one which we also really enjoyed. We couldn't have found a better place for our gathering.
