The Lodge’s at Bourbon Ridge Retreat are completely furnished. The kitchen’s are equipped with stand-alone refrigerators, commercial size cooktop, double oven, free standing ice maker, sink with reverse osmosis water filtration system, a Coffee Maker, microwave, dishwasher, blender, crock pot, toaster, dishes, and cookware. Bath towels, hot tub towels and linens are provided.

There is a gas grill and griddle – propane is provided

The Booker’s & Woodford cabins are completely furnished. The kitchen is equipped with full size refrigerators, a 4-burner cook top, oven, Coffee Maker, microwave, dishwasher, blender, crock pot, toaster, dishes, and cookware. Bath towels, hot tub towels and linens are provided.

There are gas grills with propane provided.

Check-in time is 4:00PM or later. Late check-outs and early check-ins are sometimes available upon request but not guaranteed. If available you can contact management within 7 days of your arrival date to inquire about a potential earlier check in time. Check-out time is between 10AM-11AM – NO exceptions, anything past 11AM will incur a fee of $100.00 per hour. Please leave the lodge in the condition in which you found it – including dishes washed and trash bagged and in proper receptacles. Management and housekeeping staff will arrive promptly at 11:00AM to begin the cleaning process.

How many people can stay at the Hocking Hills Lodge or Cabins?

Angel’s Envy & Makers Lodge sleep 24 guests (16 if all adults) and the Ridgemont will accommodate up to 16 guests (12 if all adults). Additional guests are NOT allowed. NO VISITORS ALLOWED. Only registered and paid guests are permitted access into Bourbon Ridge Retreat. Traffic flow is monitored and non registered guests will be asked to leave.

Our Hocking Hills Luxury Cabins can each accommodate up to4 guests comfortably. In some occasions, we will allow a 5th family member. Additional guests are subject to management approval & additional charges. Only registered guests will be permitted access to the property beyond the gated entrances.

Maintenance does visit each property as needed to maintain the pool and hot tub chemistry, check temperatures and to gather bagged trash when they deem necessary to do so. These visits take place between 6:00 AM-8:00 AM. The accommodations will be immaculately clean especially for you, prior to your arrival. We will do everything we can to make sure everything is ready for your stay. Our goal is to provide you with the best customer service in the Hocking Hills so that you will become a frequent guest to our Lodges and Luxury Cabin rentals. However, on rare occasions you may find something that is unacceptable.

Please let us know as soon as possible, we will make every effort to amend the problem so that your stay may be a pleasant one. Management can be contacted 24/7 by calling our main office.

Cell service does depend on your provider – your service may be stronger in different spots on the properties. All Cabin and Lodge rentals have a land line telephone service for your use. Prior to your arrival we will provide you with your rentals’ phone number – feel free to give this to guests arriving later and/or family at home that may need you. Long distance calls are free for all rentals. High-speed internet is available for free – Internet is NOT guaranteed. We have the fastest speeds in the area, however cannot control the weather or service provider if the connection goes out.

We do have our luxury rentals professionally exterminated, but it is not bug proof. Please remember you are in the forest, and that we have invaded their habitat, so chances are you will see insects and spiders. Fortunately, mosquitoes are only seen on the rarest of occasions.You most likely will encounter various woodland creatures such as deer, wild turkey, raccoons, squirrels, and you may even see a coyote. Do not leave food out at night; you may have uninvited animal guests by doing so.

Bourbon Ridge Retreat is open year round. Winter is a beautiful season. Our driveway is steep, and we do our best to keep snow and ice removed; however, 4-wheel drive may be necessary to climb the driveway when snow and ice covered. No refunds due to inclement weather or power outages, but we certainly will work with you to come and experience the Bourbon Ridge luxury. The lodges have full house generators that will keep everything going including the pool and hot tub in case of a power outage. Each cabin has its own generator so you can keep the heat, A/C, and lights on.

Very few cabins have their own private generator and with so many power outages in the Hocking Hills, it is a big advantage.
